Happy New Year, and welcome to Month 1 of your Bible reading journey! Whether you are exploring Christianity for the very first time, taking your first steps in faith, or simply looking to build a fresh, daily quiet time, this plan was created with you in mind.
Traditional Bible reading plans can sometimes feel daunting, but this journey is designed to be clear, approachable, and deeply encouraging for seekers and new believers.
This month, our reading focuses entirely on getting to know Jesus Christ through two essential Gospels:
The Gospel of John (Jan 1 – Jan 21): John invites us to discover who Jesus truly is—the Bread of Life, the Light of the World, the Good Shepherd, and the Savior who brings eternal life.
The Gospel of Luke (Jan 22 – Jan 31): Written with a doctor's gentle detail, Luke highlights Jesus’ miraculous birth, His profound compassion for the hurting, and the good news He offers to everyone.
As you read each day, don't worry about understanding every historical detail right away. Focus simply on getting to know God’s heart and His love for you.
